This new-construction master-planned community was envisioned as a modern residential destination—balancing refined luxury with a strong sense of comfort and connection. Designed to function as both a private retreat and an active social hub, the project integrates lifestyle, wellness, and community within a cohesive architectural framework.

Elle led the development of the interior space planning, concept direction, finish palette, and curated furnishings. Natural textures, light tonal layers, and restrained detailing establish an atmosphere that feels fresh, balanced, and intentionally composed.

Working in close collaboration with the architect and general contractor, the project required careful coordination across design intent and field execution. The result is a seamless integration of form and function—delivering sophistication grounded in everyday livability.
