Nestled among the rolling hills and tree-lined neighborhoods of Manalapan, Canter Square was conceived to embody the ease of small-town living with the refinement of modern comfort. The community’s setting provides a natural foundation for an environment that feels both welcoming and thoughtfully elevated.

Elle took the project from space planning through installation—overseeing design development, material selections, and FF&E curation in collaboration with her team. Inspired by modern farmhouse influences, the interiors balance simplicity and elegance through soft tonal layers, natural textures, and classic detailing. The result is a cohesive residential environment that feels timeless, grounded, and seamlessly integrated within its surroundings.
