Three clubhouses anchor the property, thoughtfully composed to support work, wellness, and gathering. Inspired by Japandi principles, the interiors blend Japanese restraint with Scandinavian warmth—soft neutrals and organic textures reflecting the surrounding coastal landscape. Curated furnishings, custom artwork, and layered materiality establish a unified identity across interior and exterior spaces.

Elle guided the project from concept through installation, collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment between creative vision and functional performance. The result is a cohesive residential environment designed to elevate daily living while enduring at scale.
